The Center for Public Policy, Government Administration and Social Development (KAPDEM) was established in Türkiye to conduct studies, develop projects, and contribute to innovative and solution-oriented approaches focused on political science and public administration, public policies, and fundamental public, administrative/political decisions in economic, social, cultural, and societal issues.
The Center for Public Policy, State Governance and Social Development (KAPDEM) was established in Turkey to conduct studies, develop projects, and contribute to innovative and solution-oriented approaches focused on political science and public administration, public policies, and fundamental public, administrative/political decisions in economic, social, cultural, and social issues. KAPDEM is a think tank established entirely independently, impartially, and on a voluntary basis. It has no organic connection or relationship with any political party, interest group, pressure group, or national/international/transnational structure. Independence and impartiality have been adopted as the fundamental founding principles.
KAPDEM accepts article requests from all individuals and institutions, especially corporate members and volunteer supporters, who are permanent/staff writers or wish to contribute as guest writers, within a certain editorial review framework to contribute to public policies and public debate culture, and to inform the public. KAPDEM considers it important in terms of social production, sharing and development to work with a perspective that prioritizes scientific and social values and to mediate the sharing of views shaped in this direction with the public, and is therefore open to contributions from all individuals and institutions as writers. KAPDEM accepts as correct the personal information shared by authors who submit their articles and works for publication and publishes them accordingly. KAPDEM may also republish various articles published on other platforms, respecting copyright, to contribute to the making and evaluation process of public policies and the culture of social debate. It includes articles and works that have not been subjected to editorial review and inspection, but whose publication has been approved to contribute to social debates by only examining whether there is a legal problem in their publication, in the 'free tribune' category. All articles and works on KAPDEM are published to contribute to a constructive debate culture. Therefore, articles and works published under all other categories, especially the 'free tribune' category, definitely do not reflect KAPDEM's institutional view and cannot be considered or accepted as KAPDEM's institutional view. All legal responsibility for published articles and works belongs to the authors.
